At the end of your free month, you can enter your billing information if you wish to continue using your BestRez account. Otherwise, do nothing and your account will simply expire.

Pricing

There are only two possible components of your monthly bill - (1) a monthly usage fee and (2) referral commissions.

If you select No Referrals when you sign up, then you will only be billed the monthly usage fee as listed in the table on the right.

If you Accept Referrals, then in addition to the monthly usage fee, you will also be charged a 10% referral fee for any reservations referred to you in the previous month.

Changing the Number of Active Units

Subscription prices are based on the number of active units. You can set units to inactive in your Account Maintenance section. Inactive units cannot be booked and are not counted towards the number of units in your subscription package.

Referrals / No Referrals

When you sign up for an account, you will select Referrals or No Referrals. You can change this at any time in your account maintenance section.

What are Referrals?
BestRez maintains a network of lodging portals to help increase customer traffic for our lodges. Clients who accept referrals from our network receive a reduced monthly fee (as displayed in the "Referrals" column of the pricing chart), increased visibility, and reservations they otherwise would not receive. BestRez will charge you a 10% referral fee for any bookings originating through our network, invoiced monthly along with your monthly usage fee as listed in the BesRez Price List above. (BestRez does not guarantee referrals or a referral network for your area, but if you set your account to referrals, you will always receive the lower monthly usage fee.)

Payment Methods Accepted


At this time BestRez only accepts payment by credit card. However, we will be adding Paypal in the future.

Cancellation Policy - Canceling your BestRez Account

You can cancel your account at any time. You pay for one month in advance. Charges will not be refunded for the current month. However, you can stop any further charges by clicking Close My BestRez Account in your account maintenance screen. Closing your account will stop all billing.

Refund and Return Policy

Since you have a full month to try out the system, and due to the low cost of BestRez, there are no refunds or returns. Remember that if you want to stop using the BestRez System, simply cancel your account as described under Cancellation Policy and all billing charges will immediately stop.

Delivery / Shipping Policy / Export Restrictions

You receive a full account with all features as soon as you finish the sign-up process. You have the option of entering your billing information when you sign up for an account, but it is optional and can be done anytime during your free month. BestRez is available to all countries (except those that are on the Denied Country List). However, you will need to try the program and make certain that it satisfies your needs if you are located in another country. Currently BestRez only accommodates currency in dollars. Other currencies will be supported in the future, but not at this time.
